Mr Lekavich has been a certified PA for over 25 years. He has several years experience working in Orthopedics, Interventional Pain Management and Primary Care where he treated and managed patients and assisted with surgeries.

He worked as a certified PA with Johnson & Johnson Surgical Product Division in the Hospital Operating Rooms around the State of NC to help manage patient outcomes by providing instruction and products on proper post operative wound care management. During this time he provided instructional programs and lecture’s each year on wound care management and orthopedic casting to the PA Program Students at Duke University.

He also, following his experience with Johnson and Johnson, worked as a certified PA with Storz Ophthalmics, a Division of American Home Products, with the responsibility of working with Ophthalmologist in the operating room with phacoemulsification and retinal surgery technology managing patient outcomes throughout the State of Texas. During that time he also constructed the first of its kind Ophthalmic Teaching Stations at Methodist Hospital, Houston, Texas where ophthalmology students for the first time could perform procedures under the direct supervision of their Supervising Physician.

He worked as a partner & PA with a fellowship trained interventional pain management physician at West Coast Pain Management and Rehabilitation, Venice, Fl for several years where he treated, managed, performed procedures, and designed physical rehabilitation programs for patients.

He enjoys various sport and water activities, visiting with friends and family, learning about new technologies and treatments in pain medicine and Orthopedics to improve patient outcomes. He also enjoys movies, theater and travel.
