Learn More About Doctor Krishna Bhat
Dr. Bhat is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He graduated from University of California, Davis in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. He completed medical school at the American University of the Caribbean in 2001 and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rush University Medical Center in 2005. From 2004 to 2005, he served as Chief Resident of the program.
Since the completion of training, Dr. Bhat has been in private practice. He is an active member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Academy of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, Pain Society of the Carolinas, and International Spine Intervention Society.
Dr. Bhat performs fluoroscopically-guided epidural injections, facet and sacroiliac joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation trials, peripheral joint and trigger point injections, BOTOX® injections, EMGs and independent medical exams.
Leisure interests include traveling, spending time with his family and young daughters, as well as playing golf, tennis and basketball.
