Book an Appointment or TeleVisit
Medical records are required before your initial visit and we will not prescribe medication on your first visit.
Please call our office at 919-335-9121 to convert your visit to a TeleVisit if:
- in the last two weeks you have traveled to another country or to places in the United States where there are cases of COVID-19
- were exposed to COVID-19
- are experiencing any flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath
