Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday closing at 12:30 PM

CARE PROVIDERS

Care providers can fax referral forms to us at 919-787-7246 option 5.

INSURANCE

Most major insurance plans accepted including Medicare and Workman’s Compensation. Please call 919-787-7246, option 5 to confirm if your insurance is accepted.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Credit card, Check or Cash. Note: Your co-pay should be paid at the time of your visit. There is a $25.00 non-sufficient funds fee on all returned checks.

Wake Spine & Pain Specialists generally accepts all commercial insurance plans, Medicare, and other government insurance plans. However, WSPS is not in-network with BCBS Blue Value plans. If you have specific questions about insurance plans, please contact us at 919-787-7246, option 5.
