Tamesha Kamconteh, NP-C
Tamesha Kamconteh is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Pain Management. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree from The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, TX. She previously worked as a Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Interventional Pain Management since 2019.
She was also the supervisor in Bone Marrow Transplant, Medical Oncology, and the Medical Surgical specialty for 10 years. She is experienced with chronic pain and cancer pain management. She has worked with a multi-disciplinary team to help manage patients’ pain for several years.
Tamesha is a veteran of the United States Army and has recently relocated to North Carolina with her husband who is a Captain in the US Army. She finds great honor in providing care to active-duty soldiers, veterans, dependents of armed service members, and members of the community.
Tamesha is a missionary and finds joy in helping those who have no access to healthcare. She enjoys traveling to underdeveloped countries with medical mission teams to provide free healthcare.
Tamesha is very invested in the community. She enjoys hiking, skydiving, traveling, doing community service, and spending quality time with her family.
Tamesha’s goal is to help patients with chronic pain explore all options of pain relief that can increase their quality of life. She wants to empower her patients through education. She would also like to provide care that is compassionate, respectful, and help her patients improve their overall quality of life and function.
